About Phyllis Howard
You can find Phyllis' work on display year round at the Whatcom Art Market located in Bellingham's historic Fairhaven district at 1314 Twelfth Street, Bellingham, WA (Open daily from 10am to 6pm). Raised primarily in San Antonio, Texas, Phyllis Howard arrived in the Pacific Northwest in 2002 and currently lives in Burlington, Washington.
